Are you sure that you popped the axle all the way back in so that the snap ring seats? I can't imagine why changing the bushing would cause that... I have the bushing as well but it came in an assembled 3rd member... my axle hasn't backed out over the last ~250 miles or so... [emoji2369] Sent...

Well, I finally got the 3rd members with 4.88's and ARB's swapped out last week and have a little bit over 100 miles on them. Took about 5 hrs for both. I did the initial break-in last week and have been baby-ing it like never before. Lol I haven't taken it on more than about a 20 min drive but...
