Yes they are roof racks, they have a bar that swings from one side to the other and locks in so it will go across the roof when u want to carry something. Then u swing it back after ur done! :)

welcome! nice color i got an orange '16 sport dbl cab looooong bed i love my truck :) lifted 1.5 all around no problems ,no vibrations. And got it aligned at a good front end shop after the lift. and 17x9 wheels. 265\70\17 hankooks they rub a tad in front full turn ,no biggy.

if you look at the lexus rx suv's seat they bolt in the same as tacomas with that stupid bent down edge of the front bracket, im wondering if you can bolt in the power lexus front seats. The rx350 that my wife had sure had nice front seats in it. :)

my 03 tundra steering rack had a pinhole rotted from the top of it and was weeping fluid ,i notice it and kept topping it off til i got it in the shop . good thing you need to keep it topped cuz like u said the pumps are stupid $
