    Roll up bed cover???

Tonneaus don't improve mpgs. Bottom line...its a myth. At Hwy speeds an empty bed with the tailgate up creates a vortex of wind which in turn helps air pass over the truck with ease (in the fall you'll notice any leaves in the bed will swirl around and never fly out, that's the vortex or air)...

    Lug stud

Who is "they"? If a shop over tightened it they should be the ones to fix it.

    Window tint

If you have a double cab, the rear doors are 20%. I wouldn't worry too much about it, just match the fronts with the rears and it'll look really nice.

Temporary fix on my chrome rear bumper

If you use rhino liner, you're stuck with it. I have plasti dip on my rims, going on two years now. It's been through two Wisconsin winters and still looks good, just a few spots here and there that need some touch up.

Next generation Tacoma to be shown at the Detroit auto show in January

So I "looked it up" and that's not the entire reason for the loss of the reg cab. Sure the government has mpg regulations, and the current reg cab wouldn't fit in those regulations, but these aren't in effect until 2017. Besides, it's still toyota's choice to drop reg cab not the government...

Who else is loosing gas mileage since price went down?

Where do you live? If you've been having heavy snow and using your four wheel drive often, that'll drop your mpgs as well.

Who else is loosing gas mileage since price went down?

It's because it's winter. Where I live they switch to a winter blend of gas, so my mileage goes down a peg or two. Just coincidence that the prices started dropping as the winter blend started.

Next generation Tacoma to be shown at the Detroit auto show in January

Pretty sure the government didn't kill the regular cab. Toyota discontinued it.

How would you mod the 2016 Tacoma?

    Wow...looks nothing like the Baja.

    2016 Toyota Tacoma Discussion

I think most of us are putting our expectations too high. I actually like the new look, subtle changes to the exterior, but the interior is a major improvement. The interior is miles ahead of gm's new look and it's still a simple design. Can't wait to check it out at the auto show this year.

    What have you broken offroading?

Christmas Day I took the truck out in some farm fields, and my cousin tagged along in his rubicon. He thought it'd be a good idea to drive up some trails cut through the woods so I followed. These trails, however, were meant for walking. Long story short trail got a little tight and I clipped a...

What have you done to your Tacoma today?

My cousin and I did a little bit of Christmas trail riding. This trail, however, was meant for walking. Things got a little tight and got hung up on a tree....I'm crying on the inside

What do you guys think of my choice of rims?

You could always use a white enamel rim paint, much smoother surface and will not collect dirt as easy.

What do you guys think of my choice of rims?

If you are going with white, do not use plastidip. Very hard to keep clean and will always look dirty. Plastidip is a porous substance so dirt collects real easy. It's better to go with dark colors if you are going to go with the dip.

    Painting chrome grille

If you go with plastidip, all you really have to do is clean the surface really well (dirt, bugs). Pretty simple process, I'd recommend at least 5 or 6 coats, 15min dry time between coats.

What would be the first upgrade you would do to a new 2015 TRD off road?

I agree with Demo, it's entirely up to your personal taste. If you're worried about expenses, just try and think practical when it comes to mods. A set of weather tech floor liners are a great choice. They protect your interior floor, easy to clean, and look great.
