I don't know. I think it gives them a tough guy look and yea they can cause more damage in a heavy crash but they will protect from minor hits like shopping cards and stuff that would be below your deductible.

File an insurance claim to get an estimate. It Wil likely be below your deductible but you can use that estimate to have a shop order the glass for the insurance cost.

Good question. I swapped mine out for the Sylvania best quality. Said 8t was whiter and better vision. Honestly did not see much difference.

Yes definetly could be the brake line and the abs is kicking on if the restriction to the caliper is off.

I was thinking if you out pads on and the caliper was frozen you could have unevenly wore out the pad and as it connects to the rotor it's hopping causing the vibration. The auto store should swap out the pads for a different set if they're new. I just wouldn't tell them you had locked calipers...

Shaking only during stops wouldn't be a wheel balance issue or the lug nuts. My recommendation is take off the pads and warranty them out if you just bought them. Be sure to lube those guide pins on the calipers. And see if that fixes it.

Well all done for the week. Back to work Monday and busy this weekend. First pic is the day I bought it and the following are as of 10 minutes ago followed by a photo of me congratulating myself and then my cats reaction to the awesomeness. Plan to do a few more minor things like add a hood...

Brackets arrived. Grille guard time..... Also I painted the chrome Toyota emblem black. Keeping the chrome trim on the grille though..... And yes I did pop the emblem out to paint it. I removed the entire grille for better access to the core support

Just waiting on the brackets to install the grille guard.
