I would start with ditch lights. Rago has ditch light brackets and the side shooter ditch lights(amazon) I use are awsome. I do use a 4 row 20 inch light bar but it's bolted to my shopping cart pusher. I still prefer my ditch lights more than anything.

Only budget exhaust I would think of off the top of my head would be flowmaster. Cut or punch out your catalytic converter and get that low brap brap sound. Lol. My old dodge runs a flowmaster cat back exhaust with no catalytic converters and it sounds great but it is also a 360 v8.

You can probably find alot of new/used Tacoma wheels on craigslist, their everywhere lol. I've seen them go as low as 250$ for new/used off road rims without the tires lol

16 years old and income is 300-400$ a week. My opinion is save your money and dont worry about lifting your truck. A good 6 inch lift will cost you a few thousand dollars or you can spend a few hundred dollars and get a rough country lift but the words rough isnt enough to describe them lol...
