My truck has auto headlights, I believe it comes with one of the Toyota add-on packages.

The 4Runners have a +15 offset and the Tacoma wheels has a +30 offset so that's 15 mm or approximately a 1/2" will be no problem. Plenty of people putting 4Runner wheels on their Tacoma's and vice versa without any problems.
