Not sure what's going on here when truck gets to operating temp the coolant bubbles out the expansion tank sometimes til it overflows. Ive changed radiator cap as to see if that fixed but nothing. Truck doesn't overheat I'm not sure what to check. Any help would be great.

I hear ya. I really just want to get 1 or 2 more years out the truck if I need to get a new one then so be it. From a little reading dealers gonna want a couple thousand to do head gaskets

My 2005 4.0 is head gasket is toast 200k+ miles. Idk how to change them myself or have time I ran sealer through mine amd it has helped not perfect but better. Still wont pull coolant from my recovery tank though so idk

Head gasket has finally gone on it I knew it was gonna happen but I own the truck so the question is with 216000 miles do I go for new head gaskets which that job is gonna cost a bit I'm sure amd cross my fingers that nothing else is wrong internally, or do I buy a refurb engine with warranty...
