What ever you get just make sure they are correctly pointed/positioned. It is a royal PITA to have someone behind you with headlights that aren't set correctly, hopefully I think you will agree!

According to one of the major manufacture of a rust preventative product. The product will only last 2 to 3 years and cost several thousand to apply professionally. They recommended going to local body shops and see what they want to have it done.
