I've heard people comment that the coating only covers the issues, and doesn't really stop the rust over the longer term. I'm sure others can be more specific about their experiences. But like I said. I've heard comments of people not recommendin it.

Belts don't like oil. Was it aligned properly on the pulleys. Are all the pulleys themselves lined up?

I just use the factory plugs. If they're good enough for Toyota to put in. They're good enough for me to use when replacing them.
