Personally I think it depends on the truck, imo prerunners look better with a higher front, stock full size trucks look better with the rear high, midsize & lifted 4x4s look best level

I'm not completely sure, mine was already on when I got it. My guess would be yes, however the shipping would most likely be very expensive and putting one on by yourself is very difficult

The newer ones I found seem to be in the lower 2s, higher 2s for ones with a lot of options This one is used for almost 2k
