Possibly your U-Joints on the drive shaft. I recently had a similar problem where when I was braking it would bind and cause vibration around 20-35km/h. Spray some penetrating lube on them and let it soak in for a bit. See if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the input Crawdad. It seems to be getting better as the brake pads wear down. I'm not going to worry about it too much since I can stop fairly quickly, just feels like I'm stopping on a rumble strip lol.

So I've also heard that the brake pads need to be 'broke in' for lack of a better term. They need some heat to 'cure'. Since my caliper was seized and one pad dragged on it, is it possible that the surface of the pads have a different amount of grab on the rotor causing the shake?

Well got this problem sorted out; So the AC Compressor Bearing completely failed. It caused the shaft on the compressor to rotate eccentrically and that eventually wore down the solenoid coil on the clutch enough to short it out whenever the AC was turned on. Took it to the Dealer and $2100...

It was definitely the U-Joint. I used some SeaFoam Deep Creep and it feels much better. Not binding anymore. I will expect to have to replace this in the next couple years or so. Thanks for your input guys!
