There is a stop sale on the OE covers and the side rails with the cut outs only comes with the cover.

It would be very difficult to get good decent looking bed cap by cutting. The cover would be going on a new 2018 Tacoma Sport and would perfer that the caps look as good as the rest of the truck. Yes I would send him my caps but thanks for your concern.

I see that but I was giving you pointers on removing. I've done a few of them.

If you leave your bed caps on you will have openings where the latches were and I won't have to cut my existing bed caps. They come off easily, start at the back and pull straight up and work yiur way too the front but make sure the caps are at room temperature.
