New '14 tacoma trd off road

I'd get new ubolts more of a safety/peace of mind thing. Ubolts stretch over time, and adding a thicker leaf will stretch them more

The BS Thread To Rule Them All!!!

I've been looking for a fun DD for awhile now too Haven't found anything besides the FRS that's lower on the cost end, RWD, and not fast enough to kill me though I'm poor so I'll probably end up with a civic coupe until I grad and find a better job

    Replacement Headlight Bulbs

all tacoma headlights are H4s keep in mind that any light that's "brighter" and pulls more wattage will not last as long as shorter "long-life" bulbs. Can't get something from nothing- more power running through the filament will shorten it's life. I ran PIAA xtreme whites before my retro...

I've been looking at one of these since it came out. been waiting for used prices to come down a little. been debating about whether or not to get one of these or just a no-frills 8th gen civic coupe to get around the island my school is on, as my truck is back home

    Shocks upgrade for 6" lift

you'd have to work it out what size you need. some people are running 8" coilovers IIRC but like whipper said, icon makes a DB lift specific coilover new shocks will make the ride a lot better, but note that DB lifts use stock length everything, so you won't see and travel gains

The BS Thread To Rule Them All!!!

I'd go LT if I knew how to fab, and if getting glass here didn't cost a testicle 1800 shipped? mine were around 1600- do we have the same ones just 1st/2nd gen versions? plus $500 control arms $500 leafs $200 5150's not to mention the $800 I spent on the entire lift I purchased then replaced...
