    Longer rear shocks for AAL?

For a 6" lift? So a 4" lift for the rear correct? That's what I have currently. It's a 6.5" front lift and 4" rear. But it sits a little high in the front. That's why I'm trying to lift back a little more. That's probably the same size I have now. Can you give me fully extended and collapsed...

    Longer rear shocks for AAL?

Ok. Is there a rule of thumb on selecting a longer shock? Example: lifting rear of truck 5.5" so new shock should have a (___)" longer collapsed or extended shock. Does the new shock need to be the amount of lift longer than stock length? Sent from my iPhone 6 using Taco Forum mobile app

What kind of watch do you wear?

I got it on eBay. Just under half retail price. It was a steal at $650 something. Oakley employees get huge discounts and that's why sometimes you'll see oakley items super cheap on eBay. They get 75% off shades!!! And I think up to 65% off watches. Only so many per year though. I got lucky and...

    Longer rear shocks for AAL?

I already have longer Bilstein shocks from my 6.5 lift. (4" blocks in the rear). I don't know how much longer they are than my stock Bilsteins, I had the kit installed by a professional. So I still will need even longer rear shocks? The current shocks installed are in the picture below...

    Best inexpensive leveling kit/lift

If you're looking to just level truck I believe just the front adjustables are needed. 3" Lift will require an AAL to bring the back end up to match front added height. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Taco Forum mobile app

    Longer rear shocks for AAL?

Do you really need longer shocks with an AAL set? Not rock crawling or trail riding. Mostly street. Looking at Icon Expansion Pack 1-1/2" to 2" lift. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Taco Forum mobile app

    Best inexpensive leveling kit/lift

Yeah just spend once. Get the adjustable Bilsteins. They ride very nicely. I have them on front and back of my truck. Rode on a pretty rough country road the other day and the truck just took all the bumps and dips smoothly. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Taco Forum mobile app

How to remove paint on top of clear coat ?

Maybe try a rubbing compound and a buffer along that stripe. You'll have to be extra careful not to stay in one spot too long, you'll burn the clear coat. Just go back and forth until that strip of paint comes off. Then do the rest of the truck and it'll be super shiny!!! Buy lots of buffing...

    LED lighting.

Definitely. But do I need CANBUS? I think that's for more sophisticated $$$$$ cars. Our trucks don't communicate with the lights do they? Sent from my iPhone 6 using Taco Forum mobile app

    Paint chip

Rust shouldn't be a problem from a chip. There's electronic deposition coat, primer, base coat and a clear coat on that body. That's four layers of Toyota goodness on there!!! Good luck with the touch up. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Taco Forum mobile app
