I found that NGK Ix Iridium spark plugs already had a perfect gap on all 6 plugs that I bought for mine. You'll want 19 for a gap, if I remember correctly (somebody correct me if I'm wrong). That being said, find the plug you want or can afford and go from there.

Just so you know, it's easiest to activate 4LO while in Neutral. You can figure out the rest later, but I try that almost every time just to get it going and it never fails

The offset will more than likely make you rub when turning. Go with the lift first, then tires, then alignment.
If and when you get 285s, take care of the trimming and cab mount cuts, get UCAs, then another alignment.
