Been reading some on the ov tune. For those of you that have done this is there any down side to it? What I'm really interested in is there any adverse effects on engine or drive train longevity?

Hey all, just brought my taco home, 2019 sr5 double cab 2wd. Some may think I'm stupid but I traded a 2017 ram hemi in. Really liked that truck however was leary of the hem tick and cam/ lifter issues. I'm looking at this taco being around for many years.
