I really need some help! Some one that know about the front right arm parts. Some friend said he will find me the parts but I feel he brought me junk my Tacoma 2013 i Need to know what's the most this parts would be!

I crashed my 2013 Tacoma what I need to replace is the right front arm only and it's good to go! But people tell me to get it lifted now that ima spend money on it I need some suggestions!
