2013 taco what oil?

One dealer says synthetic another regular. Please which one

Either one will work fine and any brand works.

I use synthetic, but that's just out of personal preference. If you change oil normally and on time, regular is just fine.

Syn doesnt mean u can extend oci, unless u have an oil analysis done and this confirms it.
