2014 tacoma thump at stop and accelerate

Hello,
I'm new to the Toyota world. I just bought a used 2014 Toyota tacoma prerunner. When I come to a stop, I hear and feel a thump sometimes immediately and sometimes after being stopped for a few seconds and also when I accelerate sometimes. It only has 80k miles. I've heard it could be the carrier bearing and also that that's the way some Toyatas can be. I'm not sure I'd love some help if possible.
 
Welcome Anthony! Sounds like axle wrap which is common to Toyotas. Could be carrier bearing.
 
Because of the slight delay when stopping I'll go with axle wrap. Eventually, somethings going to give. New and or aftermarket springs can correct the situation.
