2014 v6 double cab 50,000 maintenance

I'm about to have 50,000 miles just wondering what maintenance should I do to my truck?? I'm in rush hour traffic for work everyday... and I change my own oil so don't need that.

Diff fluid and tranny fluid. Spark plugs if you haven't done them.

I'm def doing the spark plugs.. do you really think I need to change both?? Or can one hold off more? Not trying to spend whole bunch of money in one trip?

Plugs should be changed ever 30K miles because they are copper. I change my diff fluid at 30K but can go a bit longer. Tranny fluid change was lifetime, then 100K and now down to 50K per Toyota.

Clean your throttle body, its 4 bolts
Check or replace pcv
