2015 access cab stereo WTF?

So I am looking to get a little more sound out of my stereo, I was thinking about adding a couple of 6x9s into the rear doors by cutting out space and building small integrated boxes.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
The rear "speakers" or exciters I think they are called sound similar to a cell phone jammed into the roof.. What the hell was Toyota thinking..
Would those lines power 6x9s if I ran wire to the doors?
I am not looking to spend a whole lot of money on this.
