2018 Tacoma TRD Sport shakes

Had my truck for 4 years and everything has run great. I just started noticing a full body shake when I get to any 20 Mph then it goes away. Does anyone have any idea of what that could be. Had the tires balanced and rotated and still have the problem. Was hoping it was that simple.
 
Had Toyota look at it and they could only say the transmission had a shudder. They suggested a new transmission for $6 grand. I went and drained the fluid used a strainer to see if I could find any metal shavings. Found nothing. New fluid stopped the shudder completely. Should of changed the fluid much sooner it had been to long.

Maintenance is important. Glad it was a sample solution and it’s resolved.
