2019 Taco Transmission Update

My transmission seems to shift a little hard from time to time so I decided to make an appointment today at my local dealership where I bought it. Well the tech said I had the latest and greatest software update. He took it for a quick two mile trip and came back and said that’s normal. I know I seen a post on here or another forum awhile back about other folks getting theirs updated. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I just want to make sure they didn’t BS me. Here is the printout the guy gave me. Thanks!

I’m not sure if that’s the number. How many miles are on it?
 
I have right at 5,500 on it now. It feels like it’s getting a little better. Maybe due to the break in period.

That’s why I was asking. It takes a while to adjust to your driving habits. Does anyone else drive it?
 
No just myself. I won’t let my wife drive it...she has a 17 Subaru Forester XT that is turbocharged and runs the you know what out of it and then slams on the breaks at every stop. Ha Ha

I have a 2014 forester turbo XT just did 67,500 oil change yesterday... i want a TACO next year but so tired of this constant Auto trans ISSUE WTF??

BTWI had more issues with the subaru in 6 yrs than any other vehicle in last 25 years...never buy another subaru
