2020 Tacoma TRD Offroad suspension Noise

I have a 2020 TRD Offroad with 8K miles. I had SPC Light Racing Upper control arms, Fox 2.5 FS Coilover, for a 2-3" lift. The issue is when turning sharp left or rt I get a metal clunk noise from somewhere. Especially full turn over rough terrain. Any ideas? I cant locate the area. Driver and passenger side the same

Have checked everything is still
Tight post upgrade? They usually suggest check everything about 500 miles post change.
