2021 Rear Brake Bias

Looking for some direction, please. I have a 2021 TRD Off-Road. The rear brakes lock up really easy. It did this stock, and with lift and tires it still does it. I looked and it appears to be no linkage for weight or a load in the bed. Can the bias be adjusted towards the front, and does it need to go to a dealer. Thanks
