21 Tacoma Shaking (Need help diagnosing)

Hi,

I have purchased a used 21 Tacoma SR5 rear wheel drive. It was lifted with I believe to be a 3 inch Rough Country Lift. Based off my inspection, it could be the cheapest lift kit they sell with front and rear suspension and an underneath front cover.

I have been dealing with shaking at 30 to 45 mph and even higher speeds. I’ve look into the Old Man Emu kit to install and find out there are three plates installed on each side to balance the driveshaft. I do have a significant difference in the rear from the suspension (Taco lean.) It is significantly different in height. It’s about an 1 1/2 off from driver and passenger. I know the gas tank and other parts could cause this.

I’ve installed new Nitto Recon tires on the 22 inch wheels. (Don’t mind the wood, I was going to work on the shaft but didn’t once I found the plates.)

Before I throw money at this. I’m trying to see what could cause this. Any help?

I've heard similar from others that installed those 3'' rc lift kits without changing to new a arms to correct the geometry back to stock. If you don't, you get vibrations at various speeds. Installing larger wheels isn't the wisest thing to do either. I've been told more than once to leave these trucks stock if wanting the best performance, and fuel economy.
I don't get this taco lean I keep hearing of. My 2020 sr5 is perfectly level side to side, and front to rear. My truck is a texas built one, not one south of the border that gets made by workers drinking too much mezcal for lunch.
