3 inch lift

Just picked up a 2016 double cab 4x4 and was wondering if I put a three inch lift on it with some 33s how much lift would the truck actually gain?
I need it to fit into my one car garage and can't get the lift if I my truck won't fit.
HOA won't let anyone use the parking spaces in the community overnight.

Does your truck clear garage with three inches above roof? If so it will fit lol

Id assume 3", plus whatever shows up in a tire calculator?

Should be able to plug in current tire size and future tire size, and get results.
