Is installed rough country 6" lift and 35" tires now when I turn hard right or left tires rub in reverse or forward On rear Fender Wells what can I do To fix this

Rear as in the back tires or rear are you talking the back side of the front wheel wells ? So many things it could be if it's front i.e wheel offset and width, using stock upper control arms and bad alligent. Pics would help.

Front tires rub when turning tight right and left . RC's aluminum upper control arms from what I've been reading sounds like I'll have to do a cut back to the body mounts, what's your thoughts?

That's very possible. You should be able to see where it's rubbing, if not have a buddy drive slow while turning full left/right while you watch. Let us know the verdict.
