AAL vs. 3 leaf progressive pack

Does anyone have experience with both of these options? Is there any advantages to either? AAL is half the price but both claim same lift and "best ride" quality. Same brand ToyTec. I'm not concerned about the lift, more concerned about any disadvantages of either if any. Any info is appreciated, thanks!!!

Same thing except the progressive has more leafs doing the lift instead of one stiff leaf. Progressive for a better ride.
