I currently have a 1.5in AAL and not satisfied with the height since I’ve got 35s mounted. Is it possible or has anyone done an AAL and block lift together? Looking to get a 1in block so I could total 2.5 in rear lift.

I don't think a 1" block will hurt anything if it makes the truck look right to you. Might look into a tapered block to help with pinion angle since you have the AAL already.
