2009. I turn on the AC and the compressor won't engage. There are four wires going to the compressor, not two like my old 2001. How to I determine which wires to check the voltage etc.?

AC clutch is not engaging.

Check them all, with the AC off and on, and compare results. Might also want to do a pressure check since the pressure switch can keep it from engaging.

Thanks. I checked the pressure and was zero. I added what little I had in the can and the compressor switched on. Only got 5lb in and will wait a couple days to see if there was a leak before adding more. Thank You!Check them all, with the AC off and on, and compare results. Great! I got it working with a new can of the stuff! I did not know the clutch shuts down on low pressure. Thanks again!
