Aftermarket exhaust with CAI?

Does an aftermarket exhaust sound better or the same with the a CAI? Just wondering because I am not sure if a CAI is worth it?

Induction noise is different than exhaust noise. Both will gain you mostly noise.

No, it's a growl. A whistle is usually from an added throttle body spacer which does absolutely nothing.
