Badlands Apex 12,000 lb winch compatible bumpers

Want to install a winch and bumper setup on my 17 OR manual tacoma. Highly considering the badlands 12,000 lb winch but I know nothing about bumpers and whether they are compatible with any winch or if there’s only specific bumpers that are compatible.
 
12,000 pounds? You could forget going on the trails with that and just go classic Batman and scale the side of a building!

As for bumpers and what not, I have not the first clue as to what you should/need to get. I'd say what ever is rated for the capacity of the winch, fits the look of the truck or what you are going for and especially fits your budget would be the winch to get.
