If I decide to add a additional fuse box to run all accessories to limiting the number of things attached to positive battery connection do u have a suggestion on a type? Just looking to have my lightbar, hoodscoop lights, and bed lights run to it. I have to keep my positive connection for my underseat Sub/Amp combo directly hooked to battery.

You shouldn't have a problem with the stock setup while the motor is running. If you park and are using accessory key position and blasting the stereo then you may need a backup battery, or our camping and leaving the light bars on. You can also go with a high output alternator to keep both batteries charged.
