Best 3in lift for money?

What is the best 3 in lift for the money? Nothing over about $1000 please. I'm not gonna be doing any hardcore off-roading but I'd like to still have the capability of hitting some trails sometime.

Blistens all around and aal should be around your price point if your installing otherwise spacer lift is all you can afford
