Biggest tire that can fit on Texas Edition Wheels

I have a 2013 Double Cab with 5100s up front set at the max 2.5" lift and a 1" block at rear. The truck has a Texas edition package which comes with 17" wheels (I believe) and BF Goodrich all terrain tires. What is the biggest tire that I can put on these rims? I hear a lot of talk about 33's. Will they fit without any cutting or rubbing? I'm ok with removing the mud flaps.

If it is a "Texas" edition that means it has 20 in wheels. I have one.
