How much can I have my tires stick out and how much could I tint my windows? And does the window tint law apply to camper shells? Thanks.
 
I'm pretty sure rear (including shell) can be any darkness, but front can't have more than 85% (not sure of % exactly, but it can't be dark)
 
Or should I leave them at OEM offset? I was thinking just a little negative offset will look good, nothing too crazy, but at the same time I'm not trying to get pulled over and get fix it tickets?

I'm pretty sure the tread can't extend at all past the fender, but you would probably get away with a quite a few inches as long as you don't drive like a fucboi.
