2014 tacoma making a jerking/Clunking noise when slightly begin to brake and sometimes when putting in gear. Anyone else?

I have a 2016 and I get some clinking from my front break pads when changing from forward to backward. I checked them and they aren't lose, just shifting in the caliper.

Full floating pads or something like that.
Next time u do a brake job, use two retaining clips instead of the one.
