Clutch replacement question

Hello I'm new to this forum and have some questions. Thanks in advance for any comments or help.
I have 99 4x4 2.7. I've owned the truck for about a month. Since I've owned it it has whine in all gears except 4th. Yesterday while stopped at a light I noticed a squeak. When I push the clutch in it stopped. I'm guessing the squeak is throw out bearing? Am I right?
Is the whining noise in gears throw out bearing too or is that tranny?
What is a good brand for a clutch? Local auto parts stores have them around $250. I found some on eBay for half that. Are eBay stuff junk?
One last question. I also have an oil pan leak. Would be easier to remove the oil pan from the back while tranny is out or do I still need to drop the front diff to get oil pan out?

Not sure about your clutch situation sounds like the same thing with my clutch. But my buddy had the same problem with his oil pan so he brought it to our local toyota garage and they had to pull apart the whole front end to replace it. Took about 2-3 days
