Cold air intake

Is it worth it to buy a cold air intake system or just do something like the deck plate mod

I can agree with this. I have the AFe Stage 2, can't tell any difference in mpg's, is a bit louder, but mostly when getting on it, and feels like maybe just slightly more power, seems to pull hills a tad easier. Everthing else is stock. Thought about doing an exhaust to see if the 2 combined would make a difference. Just don't want it loud or ricey sounding.

IMHO it isn't worth the $, only have mine since I won it in a drawing on another Tacoma forum.
