Do I need rear shims

I'm installing 5100s and OME 885 coils up front and 1.5" aal in rear with 5100s. Will I need shims for the rear and if so which ones?

Only if your truck develops a vibration.

Maybe, or maybe a carrier bearing drop.

Drive it after the install, see how it feels..... or you can find the correct angles and compare to the angles of the driveline after lift and correct as needed.
