Are you sure you replaced the right sensor?Toyota says i have to get my ecu reflash. Is that for real? I replaced my speed sensor a and when i clear it the code comes back on.
Did you try disconnecting the battery for a while and reconnecting it?

Leave it unhooked with the negative and positive battery leads touching for about 30 minutes at least to make sure it drains it completely.

If u replaced the right sensor and cleared the codes.... i dont think the light would come back.Dang hopefully its just the sensor I replaced 1 but not the other one
