Frame difference?

What's the difference in frame builds for pre-runner V6-4.0 auto 5speed and Base(TRD/SR5)?

I have been reading that the pre-runner has a 4Runner frame meant more for highway.

No difference in the frame. Difference is in suspension. PreRunner has what is basically the 4x4 suspension, which has 6 lug, 16 or 17 inch wheels. As a result, it sits higher and has a slightly rougher ride.
 
I meant it would have a slightly rougher ride than the 5 lug Tacoma, which is what I assumed you were talking about when you used the term "base."
 
Not you. The OP used the term Base in his initial post. That's what I was referring to. Sorry that i confused the issue. Need to pay more attention to who posts what.
 
So if I have 6 lug set up it would be safe to assume I have a pre-runner edition as I do have 6 lug.
