Have you tried any of the deer safety whistles? We have plenty of deer that cross the roads in several places here. I have one on my 2020 tacoma, and haven't hit a deer yet. I had one on my tundra for nearly 20 years, and never hit a deer. Those cow catcher bars make these trucks look so a friggin ugly.
