Gen 1 Double Cab with Manual Transmission, unicorn?

I asked this question a couple weeks ago but now I’m confused all over again.

I have test to see one of these for sale anywhere.

In doing some research I found an old comment to a post saying this configuration was not offered and would have beeen a special order.

Here is the comment on my previous post. Maybe @4wd was referring to a 2001 with a double cab only.

I can’t find any for sale, even previously with double cab and manual tranny.

What I provided was a pic of a 2001 dbl cab which was the first year the dbl cab was offered in the U.S. which contradicts Wiki's claim that it was only available from 2003-2004 (your info) The dbl cab has probably been available in other countries for years (before 1st gens in U.S.) & I don't know what was offered option wise (auto/manual)

Def in other countries, u always see **** u cant have in movies or on tv. A long ass time ago my pops and i seen a 4 door nissan hardbody on tv. If memory serves correct, nissan didnt give us a 4door until the frontier body style.
