Go to premierautostyling.com they do that kind of stuff and they got directional videos.

I had the corners tinted on my lights. The place that did my windows did it. Different type of film than in the windows. I watched and it looked pretty easy to do with a heat gun on low.
My window guy uses baby shampo/ water solutn to clean with and water to apply film. The headlight film peels off fairly easy and is warranted for 3yrs.
