Sorry to hear that. Its tough when you loose your parents early. My dad suffered a terrible stroke in his 50's, so did my mother. They gave morphine to my mother till she passed, but my dad lingered on for 20 years more in a wheelchair unable to talk or use any of his limbs.
 
It was snowing heavy the night daddy passed... Almost a foot

Strokes run in our family, both my parents, parents died from them to. I suffered a close call with one at age 60, but worked really hard to recover much that was taken away. My brother who never see's a doctor has had no health issues whatsoever.
