Hey everyone. I’ve got a 2018 Tacoma 4wd Double Cab Off-road. It’s time to buy new tires. It’s not currently lifted. I may lift at some point but, probably not until the next time I need tires. In the meantime, I’m considering the BFG KO2’s. I’m wondering what the largest, beefiest looking tire I can put on without a lift, rubbing, or making any modifications. I could possibly install spacers if that makes any difference. I may go off road occasionally but, mainly it’s my daily ride. I like the KO2 look. This is all really new to me and a bit confusing. I tried to use the search feature all day yesterday and this morning, but I find very little specific to my truck so thought maybe I’d have better luck if I just ask. Would 265/75/R16 work? How do I know before I buy? I called the Toyota tire specialist and was told they are 3.3% larger so he couldn’t recommend them. I don’t want to get stuck with tires that won’t work for my truck. Thanks for any input.
