As much as I talked crap on it, it was a great truck. I think it's done but we'll see. The other car ran her red while making a right into the far left lane while I was occupying it.

Thanks man. She was taken away in an ambulance but the officer said she wasn't bad enough for it. I'll feel it tomorrow.
Dash cam has been dead for a few weeks now.
Me too.... especially with that hard of a frontal impact.
That is a freaking ugly car that hit Nancy.

Probably not a big enough hit. I don't feel like I needed them and probably would have hurt me more. Her car flipped from what I'm told. I was going about 50 while she was still accelerating.

Hopefully you got a witness or some traffic cam caught it. I don’t know what California likes to do but Oregon is a shared at fault state. They like to split the **** up and say 20/80 or 50/50.

What if you have proof like a dash cam does that still apply cause that sucks.

If you can prove it was the other persons fault 100% then yes otherwise there is an investigation and they do interviews with both parties and any eye witnesses and determain the percentage of fault that way.
