In market for a used Tacoma, need help

Hi evryone， I am in the market for a used Tacoma and currently looking at this 2005 4x4. Does the frame look good? Is the condition of the underbody look good? Bad? Acceptable? The frame looks like new to me maybe there is frame replacement done? Your help is greatly appreciated. Holding up pretty nice for an 05 , surface rust is no issue as long as you treat before it gets any worse . Looks like it was a frame replacement candidate frkm labels . Most likely a out state truck compared to CA
 
Welcome to the forum.
Based on the amount of rust on all the brackets I agree that it probably has a new frame.
It looks like it needs an alignment from the picture of that tire.
 
I bet you can go to a dealership and run the vin number and that should tell you if they replaced the frame. Right?
 
Just sand it good ,
I'd Wire brush on a drill ,and any spots you don't paint por-15 on only prime
with metal etching primer ! Most other rattle can primer is crap. Good luck .welcome aboard.
